homemade creamy coconut milk


Coconut milk so easy to make + it tastes better too. 


2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

4 cups filtered or spring water, warmed


Blend for several minutes + strain using a mesh sieve or nut bag.

Put the milk back into blended + add 1 cup of a full-fat coconut milk (one without any additives), blended again.

Store in a sealed jar or bottle, refrigerated for up to 3-4 days.
